(for pilots)
Assessments for pilots (EASA-assessment): prior before hiring flight crew staff it is mandatory to take a psychological examination. In agreement to the requirements set by EASA the assessment of pilots includes:
- Examination standard and intellectual capacity
- Personality examination including mental stability and resilience
- Examination operational and professional competences
- Examination social competences
